If there's one sport that truly unites Filipinos from Batanes all the way down to Tawi-Tawi, it's basketball. You'll find makeshift courts in every barangay, kids shooting hoops in flip-flops, and families glued to the TV during PBA Finals weekend. Basketball isn't just a sport here — it's a way of life.
At 987Jili, we built our basketball betting platform specifically for Filipino fans who know the game inside and out. Whether you're following your hometown team in the PBA, cheering on your college alma mater in the UAAP or NCAA, or staying up late to catch an NBA game live from the States, 987Jili has you covered with competitive odds and real-time betting markets.
Unlike other platforms that treat Philippine basketball as an afterthought, 987Jili puts the PBA on the same level as the NBA. You get the same depth of markets, the same quality of live data, and the same fast payout system — whether you're betting on Meralco vs. San Miguel or Golden State vs. the Lakers.

Winning consistently takes more than guessing. Here are practical tips shared by experienced Filipino bettors using 987Jili.
Injury reports can swing a game completely. Before placing a bet at 987Jili, quickly check if a key player is listed as out or questionable. A team missing its top scorer changes the moneyline and the total dramatically.
In the PBA and NBA, teams sometimes play two games in two nights. A tired roster on the second night often underperforms. Look for these scheduling spots on 987Jili — they frequently create betting value on the Over and the underdog.
Philippine basketball crowds are loud and passionate. Teams playing in their home arena — especially in the playoffs — often perform noticeably better. Factor this in when evaluating point spread bets on 987Jili.
Set a clear budget for each session before you open 987Jili. Most experienced bettors recommend staking no more than 3–5% of your total bankroll on any single game, even when you feel very confident about the pick.
Live in-play betting on 987Jili moves fast. If you see a strong team fall behind early but you believe they'll come back, that's often when live spreads and moneylines offer the best value. Stay calm and be selective.
It's tempting to bet on every league available at 987Jili, but specializing in one or two — like the PBA and the NBA — helps you develop a real edge over time. Depth of knowledge beats breadth when it comes to picking winners consistently.
